At Nikatt, we aim to deliver your favorite ethnic wear quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons or promotional sales, order processing may take a little longer.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery across India and selected international locations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders (if applicable): 10–20 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Free shipping may be offered on selected products or above certain order values. Otherwise, a nominal delivery charge will apply based on location.

  • International Shipping: Charges vary depending on the destination, order weight, and courier rates. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order using the tracking number on the respective courier partner’s website.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order.
Nikatt will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer unavailability, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting shipping costs.


7. Order Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain situations may cause delays such as:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Courier or logistical issues

  • National holidays or strikes

In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone regarding the updated delivery timeline.


8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery timelines depend on local postal and customs processes.

  • Certain destinations may have limited delivery services — please confirm availability before placing your order.


9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or your order is missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nikattindia@gmail.com.

  • Include your order ID, a photo or unboxing video, and details of the issue.

  • We will verify and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
