Return and Exchange Policy

At Nikatt, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully designed and inspected before it reaches you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 7-day Return and Exchange Policy to ensure your satisfaction and trust.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

  • The request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at nikattindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and a clear image of the product showing its condition.

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide you with return shipping details and further instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired replacement item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

  • Only one exchange request per order is allowed.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via nikattindia@gmail.com.

  • Provide an unboxing video or photo clearly showing the defect/damage.

  • After verification, we will either send a replacement product or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Innerwear and accessories

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

  • Custom-stitched or altered garments


7. Important Notes

  • Nikatt reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

  • The company’s decision regarding refunds and exchanges will be final and binding.

  • Returns or exchanges will be processed only after the returned product passes quality checks.
